Shipping Policy

Every sign is packed to survive the journey — and then the ocean.

All lead times are in working days and exclude weekends and US public holidays. During peak periods (November–January), production may extend to 10 working days — we will notify you if this applies to your order.

How Your Sign is Packed

Every sign is individually wrapped in foam, secured in a double-wall corrugated box with rigid corner protection. It arrives the same way it left our workshop — perfect.

Each shipment includes:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All US orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Standard transit time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your label prints. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page →

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via UPS International or FedEx International Priority.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs forms. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare values.

Delivery to Marinas & Yacht Clubs

We regularly ship to marinas, yacht clubs, and boatyards. When shipping to a marina, include the marina name and your berth or slip number in the delivery address. We recommend notifying the marina office to expect a package.

If you are collecting your sign at a yard or refit facility, note the vessel name and your contact name in the shipping instructions at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yachtsignshop.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the sign and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your sign, please check with neighbours or your building's reception first, then contact us. Lost shipments are covered by carrier insurance and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@yachtsignshop.com. We can update your address at no charge if your order has not yet shipped. Once a shipment is in transit, address changes may incur a carrier redirect fee of $15–25.
