YachtSignShop ("we", "us", "our") is a custom marine signage manufacturer. These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through yachtsignshop.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

All signs are made to order. Each sign is custom-manufactured to your specifications and cannot be resold or restocked once production begins.
By approving your design proof, you confirm that all details — name, font, material, finish, size — are correct. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
We reserve the right to decline orders containing offensive, trademarked, or legally problematic content.
A digital design proof will be sent to your email within 3 business days of your order. Proofs show the exact layout, lettering, size, and finish of your sign.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of standard finishes. Custom powder coat colours, additional materials, or complex layouts may incur additional charges which will be communicated before production begins.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL encryption.
Our standard production time is 7 working days from proof approval. This is a target, not a guarantee — during peak periods, times may extend to 10 working days. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
Every sign is covered by our 3-year finish guarantee against corrosion, pitting, delamination, or finish failure due to materials or workmanship. If your sign fails within 3 years, we remake it at no cost.

Because all signs are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it — before a proof has been sent.
If your sign arrives damaged due to transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

By submitting text, logos, or artwork for your sign, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce that content and indemnify YachtSignShop against any third-party intellectual property claims.
YachtSignShop retains the right to photograph completed signs and use those images for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. We will always display the effective date at the top of this page.
